Doors open at 7:30 pm

Textile Museum members (including all Symposium attendees) are invited to a special dessert reception celebrating the opening of the exhibition Timbuktu to Tibet: Rugs and Textiles of the Hajji Babas, which will open to the public on October 18. The members reception includes a preview of the exhibition with remarks by Textile Museum Director Daniel Walker and the exhibition curator, Sumru Belger Krody, Associate Curator, Eastern Hemisphere Collections.
