Tours
Highlights
Tours
are introductory tours of the Museum and current exhibitions. Tours
are offered September through May every Saturday and Sunday at 1:30
pm. No reservations are required.
Guided
Exhibition Tours
for groups
may be scheduled at least four weeks in advance for the following days
and times: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from
10:15 am to 3:00 pm; Thursday from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Please fill

Textiles
and Tea
Extend the pleasure of a visit to The Textile Museum.
After a docent-led tour of the current exhibition, enjoy afternoon
tea under John Russell Pope's wisteria-covered pergola. Catered
by Teaism, this delicious repast includes a selection of teas, sandwiches,
cookies and truffles.
$27.50 per person

ext. 65 at least four to six weeks in advance. Available Monday
through Saturday.
Interactive Tours For School Groups
Programs are offered for groups of up to 40 students in grades
1 to 12. School programs complement current
exhibitions, include touchable items, and are interdisciplinary.
Programs can be scheduled October to May, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
and Friday at 10:15 am, 1:30 pm, and 3:00 pm and Thursday at 1:30 pm
and 3:00 pm by calling (202) 667-0441, ext. 65 or completing our online
form at least one month prior to your preferred date(s). Please
